Multimessage repair warranty
Please be aware our 12 month Multimessage repair warranty only covers replaced components/parts and workmanship.
Units should be returned without PSUs and Cables.
Beyond Economic Repair (BER) if a warranty unit is found to be BER due to
incorrect installation or customer abuse the unit will be returned unrepaired
regardless of warranty status.
An RMA for DOA and Stock Rotation must be obtained from Avaya.
