  • The warranty status is an indicator only. If the warranty is found to differ to that stated on the RMA once received at Multimessage, you will be contacted by a member of our customer service team.
  • Multimessage repair warranty
    Please be aware our 12 month Multimessage repair warranty only covers replaced components/parts and workmanship.
  • Units should be returned without PSUs and Cables.
  • Beyond Economic Repair (BER) if a warranty unit is found to be BER due to
    incorrect installation or customer abuse the unit will be returned unrepaired
    regardless of warranty status.
  • An RMA for DOA and Stock Rotation must be obtained from Avaya.
